At Maison Canvas, we take pride in the quality of every piece we create. Each canvas print is custom-made to order with premium materials and careful attention to detail. We stand behind our work and want you to love what you receive.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 60 days of delivery. We will make it right.

We cover the following issues at no cost to you:

  • Shipping damage (dents, tears, crushed packaging)
  • Print defects (color bleeding, misalignment, poor print quality)
  • Incorrect item or size shipped
  • Structural defects (warped stretcher bars, loose canvas)

To file a claim, please email support@maisoncanvas.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Clear photos showing the issue
  3. A brief description of the problem

We will review your claim and respond within 48 business hours. For valid claims, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Important: If your package arrives with visible external damage, please photograph the packaging before opening it. This helps us resolve your claim faster.

Color Variations

Please note that colors may appear slightly different on screen compared to the printed product. This is due to variations between monitor settings, screen calibration, and the natural characteristics of canvas printing. Minor color variations between your screen and the delivered product are not considered a defect.

If you feel the color difference is significant, please reach out to us with photos and we will work with you to find a solution.

Custom-Made Products

Because every piece is custom printed specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Incorrect size selected at checkout
  • Orders where the delivery address provided was incorrect

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After that, production may have already begun and cancellation is no longer guaranteed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
