Shipping & Delivery

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States (48 states). No minimum purchase required.

Production Time

Every Maison Canvas piece is custom-made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships. During peak seasons (holidays, special promotions), production may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Delivery Time

Once your order ships, estimated delivery is 1-4 business days depending on your location within the contiguous U.S.

Estimated total time from order to delivery: 4–9 business days.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our production facility. You can track your package at any time using the link provided.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories

We currently ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Additional shipping charges may apply and will be calculated at checkout. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, USVI, etc.).

International Shipping

At this time, Maison Canvas ships exclusively within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping options — stay tuned.

Packaging

All canvas prints are carefully packaged in custom-fit protective boxes with reinforced corners to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition. Our packaging is designed to withstand the rigors of shipping so your piece arrives gallery-ready.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, or if your package appears lost, please contact us at support@maisoncanvas.com and we will work with the carrier to locate your order or arrange a replacement.
