Moody & Mysterious · Dark Academia Abstract
A single moth fills the frame, its wings glowing amber against a background of soot black and faded cream.
Amber, burnt orange and soot black set the tone here. A large moth sits dead center with its wings spread wide, each wing patched in warm golden tan and smudged with dark brown. Two round, shadowy eye spots look out from the upper wings, and two thin antennae curve up from the body.
The surface looks scratched and scuffed, like an old wooden board that has been rubbed back and written over many times. Fine hairline cracks run across the wings. Behind the moth, vertical streaks of cream, pale gray-green and charcoal drip and fade down the background.

How do I choose the right size?
Measure the wall space you want to fill. Above a sofa or bed, a piece about two-thirds of the furniture's width usually looks balanced. For smaller walls, nooks or gallery walls, smaller sizes work well. Our Size Guide shows every size in a room setting for comparison.
Does it arrive ready to hang?
