A pointed archway frames a distant stone hall, the way a college gate invites you to walk through and explore.
If you love dark academia decor, this ink and wash gatehouse fits right in. A tall stone entrance with a pointed arch and notched battlements stands between two square towers. Ivy climbs the left wall in deep green, and reddish-brown leaves cling to the right. Through the open arch, a distant building with tall windows and pointed spires waits in pale light.
The whole scene is drawn in sepia browns and soft sage green on a cream background. Fine, scratchy pen lines outline the stonework and windows, while loose washes of color run and pool at the edges. Some areas fade softly into the paper tone, and the courtyard in front is only suggested with a few pale strokes. The look is quiet, detailed and a little worn, like a page from an old travel sketchbook.

How do I choose the right size?
Measure the wall space you want to fill. Above a sofa or bed, a piece about two-thirds of the furniture's width usually looks balanced. For smaller walls, nooks or gallery walls, smaller sizes work well. Our Size Guide shows every size in a room setting for comparison.
Does it arrive ready to hang?
Yes. Canvas and framed art prints arrive ready to hang with the hanging hardware included; framed canvas and framed art prints come with a pre-installed sawtooth hanger. Art prints are shipped unframed.
