Moody & Cozy · Dark Academia Gothic
A damp walkway leads past dark stone halls where a few windows glow amber.
If you love dark academia decor, this campus scene fits right in. Tall stone buildings with a pointed spire rise behind bare, dark trees. A few windows glow warm amber, and old-fashioned lampposts light the wet path below.
The colors are charcoal, slate gray, soft taupe and burnt orange. Dark washes bleed into one another, edges look soft and uneven, and small amber specks drift across the sky and the building. Puddles on the walkway catch the lamplight in smudged orange patches. The mood is quiet and a little moody, like a late walk past the library.
The gothic architecture and muted palette make it a natural choice for a study, home office, reading nook or library wall. How do I choose the right size?
Measure the wall space you want to fill. Above a sofa or bed, a piece about two-thirds of the furniture's width usually looks balanced. For smaller walls, nooks or gallery walls, smaller sizes work well. Our Size Guide shows every size in a room setting for comparison.
Does it arrive ready to hang?
Yes. Canvas and framed art prints arrive ready to hang with the hanging hardware included; framed canvas and framed art prints come with a pre-installed sawtooth hanger. Art prints are shipped unframed.

Will the colors look the same as on my screen?
We work hard to show every piece as accurately as possible. Screens differ in brightness and color settings, so the printed colors can look very slightly different from what you see on your device.
