Quiet & Mysterious · Celestial Naturalist
A night-flying moth spreads its wings under a pale crescent, drawn like a page from an old star chart.
A large moth with round eyespots on each wing spreads out beneath a pale cream crescent moon. The deep indigo background is cloudy and uneven, with darker and lighter patches, like a page soaked in blue ink. Fine white grid lines cross the sky, and small star bursts and tiny constellations sit between them. The moth's feathered antennae reach up into the curve of the moon.
The whole scene is blue and cream, with a hint of plum in the upper corners. The moth's wings fade from dark navy at the edges to soft, light blue near its body, and each wing carries one dark ring and one bright cream spot. The rough, ragged border looks like the edge of an old specimen sheet or science notebook. How do I choose the right size?
Measure the wall space you want to fill. Above a sofa or bed, a piece about two-thirds of the furniture's width usually looks balanced. For smaller walls, nooks or gallery walls, smaller sizes work well. Our Size Guide shows every size in a room setting for comparison.
Does it arrive ready to hang?
Yes. Canvas and framed art prints arrive ready to hang with the hanging hardware included; framed canvas and framed art prints come with a pre-installed sawtooth hanger. Art prints are shipped unframed.
