Black splashes and soft gray mist surround a small hall, so the eye settles on its upswept roof edges.
A small temple hall sits at the center of this black and cream scene, its roof lifted into sharp upward curves at both ends. A slim spire rises from the peak. Fine vertical lines run down the roof, and three dark doors sit beneath it, reached by a short flight of stone steps.
The curved roof is the detail collectors tend to notice first. Upswept eaves like these are a hallmark of East Asian temple and pavilion architecture, and here the shape stands out clearly against the pale background. Around the building, heavy black splatters, loose drips and soft gray clouds of mist look like ink spilled across cream paper. How do I choose the right size?
Measure the wall space you want to fill. Above a sofa or bed, a piece about two-thirds of the furniture's width usually looks balanced. For smaller walls, nooks or gallery walls, smaller sizes work well. Our Size Guide shows every size in a room setting for comparison.
Does it arrive ready to hang?
Yes. Canvas and framed art prints arrive ready to hang with the hanging hardware included; framed canvas and framed art prints come with a pre-installed sawtooth hanger. Art prints are shipped unframed.
