A carved creature crouches on a high ledge and studies something far below.
Dark academia decor loves a good stone guardian, and this gargoyle fits right in. The creature crouches on the edge of a carved ledge, ears pointed, head tipped down, looking at something below the frame. Its claws grip the stone and its haunches are tucked tight, like it has been sitting there a very long time.
The colors stay quiet. Soft cream, warm sand, slate gray and charcoal black fill the scene. The ledge is dotted with dark specks, and the wall behind is blotchy and uneven, with patches of peach, gray and pale blue. A tall dark column edge runs down the right side.
