Quiet & Romantic · Gothic Watercolor Romance
Soft pink roses lean toward a broken stone wall and its tall, empty window.
A pointed arched window sits in a crumbling stone wall, and two pink roses grow just below it. That pairing is the heart of this piece. The window has slim carved columns on each side, and the wall around it is chipped, uneven and broken along its upper edge.
The look is loose and wet. Gray-blue washes pool across the blocks, with blush pink drifting through the stone in a few places. Small black and magenta splatters are scattered across the pale sky and the wall. The roses are drawn in more detail than the stone, with layered petals, two closed buds and thin thorny stems. A collector of moody, romantic imagery will notice how the dark opening in the window pulls the eye back from the bright flowers.

How do I choose the right size?
Measure the wall space you want to fill. Above a sofa or bed, a piece about two-thirds of the furniture's width usually looks balanced. For smaller walls, nooks or gallery walls, smaller sizes work well. Our Size Guide shows every size in a room setting for comparison.
Does it arrive ready to hang?
