Warm & Earthy · Boho Desert Still Life

A roadrunner stands on the rim of a clay pot, watching over a cluster of blue-green cactus.

Bohemian and desert-inspired rooms are the natural home for this roadrunner wall art. A streaked brown and cream bird perches on the rim of a rust-orange clay pot, beak pointed to the right, one dark eye catching the light. Beside it, rounded blue-green cactus pads rise in a cluster, each topped with a golden bud and dotted with fine white spines.

The surface looks thick and scraped, as if laid on with a flat blade. Cream, peach and soft tan patches cover the wall behind the pot, with flecks of white along the stone ledge below. The look is sun-warmed and a little worn, with no sharp, tidy edges anywhere.

The warm clay tones suit boho and southwestern decor, and they sit easily with rattan, woven baskets, linen and warm wood. Hang it in a sunroom, entryway, kitchen or reading nook. It also works well beside a plant shelf or above a simple console, where the teal cactus gives the neutral palette a calm accent.

Frequently Asked Questions

Canvas, framed art print or art print — what's the difference?

Canvas is printed on textured cotton-polyester canvas and stretched over slim 0.79" (2 cm) wood bars — finished at the edges and ready to hang, with or without a floating frame. A framed art print is printed on premium matte paper and arrives in a pine wood frame behind shatterproof plexiglass, ready to hang. An art print is the unframed paper print, for when you'd like to choose your own frame. You'll find the exact details for your selection under Product Specifications.

How do I choose the right size?

Measure the wall space you want to fill. Above a sofa or bed, a piece about two-thirds of the furniture's width usually looks balanced. For smaller walls, nooks or gallery walls, smaller sizes work well. Our Size Guide shows every size in a room setting for comparison.

Does it arrive ready to hang?

Yes. Canvas and framed art prints arrive ready to hang with the hanging hardware included; framed canvas and framed art prints come with a pre-installed sawtooth hanger. Art prints are shipped unframed.

When will my order arrive?

Every piece is printed to order in the USA. Your estimated delivery date is shown right below the Add to Cart button and already accounts for production and shipping. Shipping is free on all US orders.

What if my order arrives damaged or misprinted?

Just email us at info@maisoncanvas.com within 60 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement or a refund. Because every piece is made to order, we can't accept returns for a change of mind or an incorrect size selection. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Will the colors look the same as on my screen?

We work hard to show every piece as accurately as possible. Screens differ in brightness and color settings, so the printed colors can look very slightly different from what you see on your device.

How do I care for my artwork?

Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid moisture, cleaning sprays and long periods of direct sunlight to keep the colors at their best.
